Join the nation's largest Indoor Tri series! One of the pioneers of the Indoor concept, Life Time has produced over 400 Indoor Tri's making us the largest and most experienced team in the country. Our model is designed to introduce the sport of triathlon to newcomers and provide a challenging training tool for veteran triathletes. Become a part of the IN movement today!
The Race
At your designated start time, you will begin with a ten-minute swim in our indoor pool. Shift gears and spend the next thirty minutes in the cycling studio. Then race toward the finish line with twenty minutes on the treadmill.
The Transitions
You are allowed ten minutes to safely change from the pool to the cycling studio, and five minutes to move from the cycling studio to the treadmill.
The Scores
Race volunteers record the total distance covered during your swim, bike and run. The more distance you cover, the higher your score.
