IN ABOUT AN HOUR!
Become a triathlete in 60 minutes flat. The Life Time Fitness Indoor
Triathlon is a fun challenge that appeals to everyone – from seasoned triathletes to first-timers – because you set your own pace. And all the action takes place in one convenient, weatherproof location – your local Life Time Fitness.
Here’s how this one-hour race against the clock breaks down:
• 10-minute swim in the lap pool
• 30-minute bike ride in the Cycle Studio
• 20-minute run on the treadmill
Performance is measured by distance covered in each of the three legs. The more distance you cover, the higher your score.
All participants will receive swim caps for use during the race, plus a Life Time Fitness Indoor Triathlon T-shirt. To participate, you must be 12 years of age or older.
IPOD friendly. You can race with your friends in the same wave. You’ll receive an email the week of the event requesting which people you’d like to race alongside.
If you compete in an indoor triathlon you can register for the Life Time Fitness Triathlon and get $25 off your registration.
