Right here. Right now. There is no better time to become a triathlete or plan your training than right now. The Indoor Tri is a fun and challenging way to stay motivated this winter. Get together with family and friends for the fastest 60 minutes of your Life Time.
All 2013 Indoor Tri events in Colorado have already occurred. Congratulations to the participants!
Stay tuned for additional dates for 2013 or 2014.
How your time is spent:
10 min pool swim
10 min transition
30 min spin bike
5 min transition
20 min treadmill run
Volunteers record your distance in each leg, then assign a score to that distance. All three scores are totaled then ranked. Open to everyone ages 12 and older.
$25 Life Time Members
$30 Non-Life Time Members
Please note, non-members will need to register by visiting the club in person. You may print and complete the Registration Form in advance and bring it with you to the club to expedite the process. Race directors may only receive payment in person at the clubs. Email your race director (listed to the left) with questions.
The Fastest Hour of Your Life!
Become a triathlete in 60 minutes. One hour, then BAM, you're a triathlete. It will happen so fast you won't know what hit you. The Life Time Indoor Triathlon is a fun challenge that appeals to everyone — from seasoned triathletes to first-timers — because you set your own pace. And all the action takes place in one convenient, weatherproof location — your local Life Time club.
Here’s how this one-hour race against the clock breaks down:
Performance is measured by distance covered in each of the three legs. The more distance you cover, the higher your score. Transition times are fixed at 10 minutes between the swim and bike and 5 minutes between bike and run. This is to ensure safe and courteous movement through the club.
You will start in waves of 10 people every 20 minutes. Race with your friends, family or colleagues — time to catch up socially and physically!
All participants will receive a Life Time Indoor Tri visor. To participate, you must be 12 years of age or older.
